If an additional written agreement conflicts with these Terms, that written agreement will control for the applicable transaction or relationship.
Ticket availability, seating, prices, game schedules, event schedules, promotions, experiences, products, programs, and services may change without notice.
Purchases are subject to the terms presented at the time of sale, including any applicable ticketing platform, venue, refund, exchange, transfer, admission, safety, security, or event rules.
Games and events may be delayed, relocated, rescheduled, modified, postponed, or canceled due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather, venue conditions, league decisions, opponent availability, governmental action, public safety concerns, acts of God, labor disputes, transportation issues, or other circumstances outside our control.
Refunds, credits, exchanges, or other remedies, if any, will be governed by the purchase terms, applicable ticketing platform policies, league or venue requirements, and applicable law.
Admission may be denied or revoked for unlawful, unsafe, disruptive, threatening, abusive, intoxicated, discriminatory, or otherwise prohibited conduct.
All venue, league, team, security, and event rules must be followed at all times.
You agree to pay all charges authorized through your account or payment method, including applicable taxes and fees disclosed at the time of purchase.
Payments may be processed through third party payment providers.
We are not responsible for interruptions or errors caused solely by those providers, but we may make reasonable efforts to assist with transaction issues.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, prices, sponsorship inventory, advertising inventory, ticket availability, packages, promotions, products, and services may change before a transaction is completed.
Submitting payment information does not guarantee completion of a transaction until the transaction has been accepted and processed.
If you provide your telephone number and affirmatively consent to receive text messages from the Colorado Spartans, we may send messages based on the consent you provided.
Messages may include:
• Responses to inquiries
• Appointment or meeting reminders
• Ticket and game information
• Event information
• Service and account updates

If you submit reviews, comments, photographs, videos, testimonials, ideas, contest entries, social media content, or other materials, you represent that:
• You own the content or have permission to submit it
• The content does not violate applicable law
• The content does not infringe another party’s rights
• The content is not fraudulent, defamatory, threatening, malicious, or unlawfully discriminatory
You retain ownership of content you submit.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you grant Fish Net Group LLC and the Colorado Spartans a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty free license to use, reproduce, display, publish, distribute, adapt, and share submitted content as reasonably necessary to respond to you, provide services, administer a program, operate the website, promote an applicable event or program, or fulfill the purpose for which the content was submitted.
Nothing in this section overrides any separate written media release, appearance release, photography release, contest terms, sponsorship agreement, or other written agreement between you and the Company.
Colorado Spartans games and events may be photographed, filmed, livestreamed, broadcast, or otherwise recorded.
To the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to any applicable ticket terms, event notices, releases, or venue policies, attendees may appear incidentally in photographs, video, audio recordings, broadcasts, livestreams, social media content, promotional materials, or other media relating to Colorado Spartans games and events.
Separate consent or releases may be required for certain commercial uses, youth participants, featured individuals, organized productions, or other circumstances as required by law.
The website may link to or integrate with third party platforms, including ticketing providers, payment providers, venues, social media platforms, analytics providers, advertising platforms, communication providers, sponsors, and other services.
We do not control and are not responsible for third party websites, services, availability, security, privacy practices, content, or terms.
Your use of a third party service is governed by that provider’s policies and terms.
References to sponsors, partners, advertisers, vendors, or other organizations do not necessarily constitute an endorsement by the Colorado Spartans unless expressly stated.
Sponsorships, advertising packages, partnerships, vendor opportunities, suites, hospitality arrangements, ticket packages, promotions, and similar commercial opportunities may be subject to separate written agreements.
Availability of sponsorship or advertising inventory is not guaranteed until confirmed through an applicable written agreement and any required payment.
Unless expressly stated in writing, no sponsorship, purchase, registration, or commercial relationship grants intellectual property rights, exclusivity, ownership rights, league rights, team management authority, or authority to act on behalf of Fish Net Group LLC or the Colorado Spartans.
The website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all express and implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement.
We do not guarantee that:

Nothing in these Terms limits warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
Attendance at sporting events involves inherent risks.
These may include risks associated with footballs, equipment, players, performers, spectators, physical activity, crowd movement, weather, field level activities, stairs, seating areas, and other conditions associated with live sporting events.
You are responsible for remaining aware of your surroundings and complying with all safety instructions.
Nothing in these Terms waives or limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be waived or limited under applicable law.
Additional waivers, releases, or participation agreements may apply to field access, youth programs, camps, clinics, contests, on field experiences, player interactions, or other activities.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fish Net Group LLC, the Colorado Spartans, and their respective owners, officers, managers, employees, contractors, coaches, players, agents, representatives, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the website, its content, or our services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fish Net Group LLC, the Colorado Spartans, and their respective owners, officers, managers, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from:

• Your violation of applicable law

You consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts to the extent permitted by applicable law.

The remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision or any other provision later.
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our business, services, events, programs, technology, or legal requirements.
Revised Terms will be posted on co.spartans.com with an updated effective date.
Your continued use of the website or services after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
